1. At www.vitodata100.com click on Forgotten your password?.
2. Enter your email address/user name and the confirmation code from the diagram.
3. Press SendThe Vitodata 100 server will then send you an email with a new password.
4. Login with this new password at www.vitodata100.com.
5. In the menu My data Contact information in the Credentials screen, assign a new password.
